The purpose of the Service is to monitor attendance at an organisation. This includes knowing who is on site, accounting for people following an evacuation, finding out who was present during past events and incidents, producing time sheets for payroll and invoice reconciliations, and reviewing attendance patterns over time to help you make decisions about your organisation.

We collect information you provide to the Service relating to you and your organisation's staff and visitors. Information includes your name, your organisation's staff and visitors, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, dates, times and locations when signing in and out, and other information ("Personal Information").

We collect this information to provide the Service, identify and communicate with you, respond to your enquiries, send your invoices and any payment reminders, collect payments from you, send newsletters about the Service to you from time to time, and improve our services.

You may opt out of any newsletters about the Service by unsubscribing from them.

You retain ownership of content that you upload to the Service.
